What shipping options do you have?
We offer $5.00 ground shipping to the contiguous United States. You may select overnight delivery for a $30.00 fee. Customers located in Los Angeles may select same day delivery for a $35.00 fee. All overnight and same day orders must be received before noon EST and are not eligible for weekend delivery.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship via USPS and UPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!

How do I change my shipping address?

What is your return policy?
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We ask you to return the item(s) with the original packing materials and please do not remove the sanitary sticker for hygiene reasons. Our returns team will inspect all returned goods to make sure the item(s) has not been worn, washed or damaged.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, but we see exchanges a little bit differently. You return the items to us and we refund you store credit so you can purchase the replacement item.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns typically take around 14 business days to be processed once it reaches our Los Angeles warehouse, and credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Why are your prices so low?
We cut out the middlemen and ship directly to you from our centralized warehouse in Los Angeles. This means we don’t have to charge you the traditional 6-8X markup other retailers rely on, and it means you get to enjoy the best quality at the best price.
What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?
We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse.
However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please send an email to support@zinovizo.com. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Is there any transaction fee?
Normally you will not be charged a transaction fee but this depends on your credit card and issuing bank as sometimes international transactions incur a charge. If you have any concerns about this, it's best to contact your bank directly.
